At Skult, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward refund process with a 30-day window from the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date if the product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds are available for most items, with the following exceptions:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at purchase
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance items (unless otherwise stated)

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at adsskult@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive return shipping instructions from our team
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Amount

Refund amounts include the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a discount code or promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunded amounts will appear in your original payment method within 7-10 additional business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact adsskult@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the process.
